Since converting the Cottage in 2006, this self contained unit has been used by a variety of guest including:- Duke of Edinburgh Groups, Voluntary Youth Groups, Sailing Clubs, Bird Watchers and a bunch of friends that fancied a weekend Sea Kayaking on the River Blackwater. The Cottage can sleep 12 people and comprises of a kitchen, a lounge come classroom, a toilet and showers block facility.
