Our Sigma 33 offshore yacht offers comfortable offshore and estuary sailing for a crew of up to five persons. The yacht is equipped to current RYA/MCA requirements and all courses are professionally skippered.
RYA PRACTICAL COURSES
The practical section of all RYA certificate work from newcomers to sailing up to Coastal Skipper/ Yachtmaster Offshore may be undertaken aboard Brigantes. Most of these courses are of five days duration often starting on a Sunday evening. The majority of 5 days passages cover the fascinating estuaries of the Blackwater, Colne, Stour, Orwell, Deben and Alde.
INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATE OF COMPETENCE & CEVNI TEST
A growing requirement for those sailing their own or hiring a boat abroad. The ICC is a mixture of theory & practical assessment, suitable for the experienced sailor. Also available for powerboats. The CEVNI test covers usage on inland waterways abroad and is a 1hr multi choice question paper, cost £15.
TASTER DAYS
These are suitable for those with little or no experience of sailing. Come and try your hand for a weekend sailing Brigantes within the shelter of the Blackwater Estuary - there are plenty of places to visit, both sheltered anchorage's and busy marinas according to your taste.
DUKE OF EDINBURGH RESIDENTIAL COURSES
